Find out who can join SASS and download the membership form
There are three classes of SASS membership: life; ordinary; and students or retired. Membership is without any limitation. Any person, with or without academic qualification, who is interested in spectroscopy, and who wishes to support the objectives of the Society, may become a member. Nomination by a member of the Society is not required. All members, both ordinary and honorary, are eligible for election to the central committee; are entitled to attend conferences and general meetings; to receive notices of meetings; to vote at meetings; and to receive newsletters and other publications sent out by the committee.
